Additional Information
Please read the following information carefully before booking:
* Towels, bed linen, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival.
Replacements or additional supplies during your stay are not
included.
* Baby cot: €30 per reservation. Availability is not guaranteed.
Please request it at least 24–48 hours before your arrival, and we
will provide one if available.
* Extra guest: Any guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.
Late Check-in Fees
Our standard check-in hours are Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00
PM (please contact us if you wish to request an earlier check-in).
Outside these hours, the following fees apply:
* €30 until 10:00 PM
* €50 after 10:00 PM
* €80 after midnight
For weekends and public holidays:
* €30 until 10:00 PM
* €50 after 10:00 PM
* €80 after midnight
For arrivals on December 25th, December 26th, and January 1st:
* €50 until 10:00 PM
* €100 after 10:00 PM
* The Barcelona tourist tax applicable in 2026 (€9.50 per person per
night for guests aged 16 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights) is
not included in the booking price. A €15 service fee also applies.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment.
Evidence of smoking or complaints from neighbors will result in
immediate eviction without refund and a minimum penalty of €400.
* Parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. If neighbors
complain or the police or security services are called, a €500
penalty will apply in addition to any official fines.
Check-in is carried out in person. A few days before your arrival, we
will provide you with the contact details of our check-in agent to
arrange your arrival time.
The online registration link will automatically appear in your Airbnb
conversation four days before your arrival.
The tourist tax is not included in the reservation price. It can be
paid a few days before arrival via a secure payment link or in cash
upon check-in if you prefer.
Self check-out is available until 11:00 AM. Please leave both sets of
keys inside the apartment, on the living room table.
The property shall not be held liable under any circumstances for
theft, burglary, or loss of personal belongings within the apartment.
Guests are strongly advised to take appropriate precautions to
safeguard their valuables, use any available security features, and
ensure that all doors and windows are properly locked when leaving the
apartment.
The safety and security of personal belongings remain the sole
responsibility of each guest.
