Co-Founder and Associate Director

Alban created our company LOCA BARCELONA more than 15 years ago. He has a great sense of analysis thanks to his background in engineering.

Resolute, tenacious and strategic, he explains that "it is in detail that the greatest successes are built". By adding a certain taste for risk-taking, his expert eye has allowed him to make bold decisions over the year that have lead to the success of the company.

While some remain sceptics, Alban already knows why an idea is going to work!

Franck Anaïs

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate market in Barcelona, Franck describes himself as a man of the field, where everything is played out and in constant contact with people.
