The apartment has an approximate surface area of 50 m² and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups of friends. Its practical and functional layout makes the most of the space and ensures a comfortable stay.

It features two bedrooms: one double bedroom, perfect for relaxing, and a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with split air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. The apartment also includes a full bathroom with a shower, offering a modern and comfortable space for daily use.

The living room is bright and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring the city. It is also equipped with split air conditioning for maximum comfort, even during the warmer months. From the living room, you can access a small balcony, a charming spot to enjoy natural light, have a morning coffee, or relax at the end of the day.

The building has an elevator, providing added convenience, especially for families or guests traveling with luggage.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged €10 per night.

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Located on Mallorca Street, very close to the Sagrada Família, this apartment is the perfect starting point to explore one of Barcelona’s most iconic and authentic neighborhoods.
