The apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. The living-dining area is bright and opens onto a balcony. It also includes air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, ensuring comfort year-round.
The building has an elevator, but to reach it you must climb 12 steps, an important detail to note.
The location is unbeatable: surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants, and services, on a street full of energy and well connected to the rest of the city. Perfect for those who want to experience Barcelona like a local.

Please note the following important information before booking:
– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
– Bbay crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the balcony.
– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)

The center of Barcelona, including the Gothic Quarter, El Born, Las Ramblas, and the cathedral, is just a short metro or bus ride away, allowing you to combine local neighborhood life with visits to the city’s main tourist spots.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
