Important information before booking:
Building works will take place in the building for several months, from November 12 until approximately June 2026.
Please note the following important information before booking:
• Towels, bed linen, and toilet paper are provided upon arrival; however, replenishment or replacement during the stay is not included.
• Baby cot: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Availability is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, it will be provided.
• Additional guest: Any guest not included in the original reservation will be charged EUR 10 per night.
Check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please contact us if you would like to request an earlier check-in).
Late check-in fees:
• After 7:00 PM: EUR 30 (cash)
• After 10:00 PM: EUR 50
• After midnight: EUR 80
If the arrival day falls on a local or national holiday, or on a weekend:
• Until 10:00 PM: EUR 30
• After 10:00 PM: EUR 50
• After midnight: EUR 80
If the arrival date is December 25th, December 26th, or January 1st:
• Until 10:00 PM: EUR 50
• After 10:00 PM: EUR 100
The tourist tax applicable in Barcelona in 2026 will apply (EUR 9.50 per person per night, for guests over 16 years old, up to 7 nights). An additional service fee of EUR 15.00 will also be charged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Any complaint or evidence of smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony will result in immediate eviction and a minimum penalty of EUR 400.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. If a complaint is received and/or intervention by police, security staff, or neighbors occurs, a penalty of EUR 500 will apply, in addition to any official fines imposed by authorities.
The property shall not be held liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings occurring within the premises. Guests are strongly advised to take all necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including using any available safes and ensuring doors and windows remain securely closed. The security of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the guest.

Just two blocks from the Sagrada Familia, you can enjoy peaceful walks around Gaudí’s masterpiece, visit it early in the morning, or admire it illuminated at night.
Eixample Right is ideal for exploring the city on foot. The area offers an excellent selection of cafés, artisan bakeries, local and international restaurants, as well as terraces and bars where you can enjoy the authentic Barcelona atmosphere. Nearby you will also find supermarkets, local shops, pharmacies, and all essential services.
Thanks to excellent metro and bus connections, you can easily reach the historic center, Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya, the beaches, and many other landmarks. It is the perfect location for cultural tourism, family stays, and business trips, combining comfort, local life, and an exceptional location.
Other things to note
The property shall not be held liable under any circumstances for theft, burglary, or loss of personal belongings within the tourist apartment.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to protect their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to ensure that doors and windows are properly locked and secured.
The security of personal belongings remains the sole responsibility of the guest.
