The space
Beautiful and very bright apartment of 60 m2, bright with balcony ! An excellent choice to enjoy your vacations in Barcelona.

We have two double bedrooms and an office, a fully equipped bathroom with shower, plus a kitchen where you can have everything you need to make your stay an experience! A balcony which is accessed from the living room and the master double bedroom.
The apartment has shared Wifi for our guests and air conditioning / heating in the living room and master bedroom. We also have a washing machine for use during your stay.

Public transportation is just down the street and the subway is just a few minutes from the apartment.

The building next door is currently undergoing some construction work so during the day you may hear some noise.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Replenishment of towels, sheets, and toilet paper is not included.

– Travel cot/Travel crib:
Price: 30,00 EUR per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Out-of-hours check-in:

– Our check-in hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge 30 EUR in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100 EUR.

– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h will be 50 EUR and from 1h 100euros

– If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22h, from 22h onwards 100euros and after 1h 150euros.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied. (6,25 EUR/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony.

– NO parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 euros (in addition to that of the police).

Check-in is in person. The check-in agent contact will be communicated a few days prior to arrival to coordinate arrival time at the apartment.
The online check-in link will automatically appear in the airbnb conversation 4 days prior to arrival.
The tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It will be paid on the day of arrival, or a few days before, through a card payment link, you can always pay on arrival with cash if you prefer.
Check-out/self-checkout is at 11:00 and self-contained. The two sets of keys must be left inside the apartment, on the table in the living room.
