Beautiful and bright 50 m2 apartment, with a balcony. An excellent choice to enjoy your holidays in Barcelona.

We have two double bedrooms and an office, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, and hair-dryer, as well as a kitchen where you can have everything you need to make your stay an experience! Finally a balcony that can be accessed from the living room and the main double bedroom.

The apartment has shared Wi-Fi for our clients and air conditioning /heating in master bedroom and living room. We also have a washing machine to use during your stay.

Public transport is at street level and the metro is a few minutes from the apartment.

• paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement

• Towels: Please use the towels
• only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or

• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED
• under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that
• smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction
• from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both
• inside the apartment and on the balcony.
• Parties and meetings: Parties
• or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a
• report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have
• to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).
• Personal belongings: The
• property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft,
• robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the
• facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary
• precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety
• deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed
• and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility
• of the guest.
