The flat has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a practical dressing room, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. The layout has been carefully designed to combine comfort, functionality and modern style.
The living room is bright and cosy, with access to one of the balconies overlooking the lively Avenida Paral·lel, while the second balcony overlooks a large inner courtyard, providing a quiet space typical of traditional Barcelona buildings. The building has an old lift, characteristic of the city’s classic properties, which may generate some noise at certain times. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the flat, including balconies and terraces, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.
Thanks to its central location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be just a few minutes away from Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport, making it easy to explore Barcelona and its main attractions.

Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will remain available at all times.
Currently the building next door is undergoing some construction work so during the day it is possible that some noise may be heard.
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
-Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony.
– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
-The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
