Spacious and newly decorated flat in the Gothic Quarter. It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (one of the bathrooms is on the terrace). With terrace at the back. Capacity for 5 people.

It has two double bedrooms, and in the living room there is a sofa bed.

The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped, and dining room. Air conditioning and heat pump is in the kitchen/dining room.

Ideal for groups, parties are not allowed.

The balcony is facing a school so during the day you may heard some noises.

Currently there are some works under going in the building, so you may have some noise.

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

– Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

– If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

– If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat, including the back terrace.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
