Just a stone’s throw away is Passeig de Gràcia metro station (L2, L3 and L4) and several bus stops that will make it easier for you to move around the city. In addition, there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets at your disposal.
This sumptuous apartment, built with quality materials and designed to accommodate up to four people, will offer you all the comfort needed for a memorable and unique stay. This functional accommodation consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, which opens onto a dining room and a bright living room.
The highlight of the apartment: direct access to a large terrace overlooking the Church of Mare de Déu dels Àngels from 1932. This terrace serves as an outdoor lounge with a sofa and a dining area to enjoy the city view and the wall inspired by the sunlit reproduction of the Park Güell entrance pavilion.
It also has a magnificent suite with a double bed and plenty of storage space, as well as an en-suite bathroom with an Italian shower. The apartment has a second double bedroom equipped with a TV and a workspace (desk). You will also have another bathroom with an Italian shower. Both bathrooms feature a hairdryer.
There are two terraces: the terrace on the same level as the apartment, which is 48m2, and the duplex solarium of 100m2 with an outdoor shower, allowing you to sunbathe and cool off while enjoying an exclusive panoramic view in the heart of the city.
It also includes other amenities such as Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wine fridge and other exceptional features that will complete your comfort during your stay.

• Late check-in:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400.
• No parties or gatherings allowed. If police or neighbors intervene, a €500 fine will apply.
Guest Interaction
Check-in is done in person. The check-in agent’s contact will be shared a few days before arrival to coordinate the meeting time.
An online registration link will automatically appear in the Airbnb chat 4 days before arrival.
Tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It can be paid upon arrival by card or in cash.
Check-out/self-checkout is at 11:00. Both sets of keys must be left inside the apartment, on the living room table.

The property is not responsible for theft or loss of belongings inside the apartment.
Guests are strongly advised to take care of their valuables, use safes when available, and always close doors and windows properly.
Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the guest.
