The space

This charming studio is perfectly located in the heart of Vila de Gràcia, between Joanic and Fontana metro stations.

The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. It has a double bed separated from the dining and living area, which opens onto a balcony. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer.

⚠️ Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

Gràcia is one of the most picturesque and authentic neighborhoods in Barcelona. Staying here is simply wonderful; what was an independent town until 1897 is now a lively hub for artists, designers, and international students, giving the neighborhood its bohemian and cosmopolitan character.

⚠️ Please note that the Gràcia festivals take place from August 15th to 21st, and there may be some noise during this period.

Please note the following important information before booking:

-Some work constructions are going on in the opposite building which can generate some noise during the week. (until 25th of july)

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

– Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50

– If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

– If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited smoking in the apartment and on the balcony.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Fiesta Major de Gràcia – Carrer de la Perla

Every August, Carrer de la Perla is decorated with spectacular displays made by local residents, making it one of the main attractions of the Gràcia Festival. Here you can see creative works made from recycled materials and experience a lively, community-based festive atmosphere.

The area around Carrer de la Perla is part of Vila de Gràcia, a neighborhood with a strong personality:

Pedestrian streets, small squares, and a local, bohemian vibe.

Independent shops, charming cafés, and art galleries.

Central squares nearby to stroll or have a drink:

Plaça del Sol – a popular meeting point with many terraces.

Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia – featuring its historic clock tower.

Park Güell – The most famous Modernist park by Gaudí.

Monumental Stairway / Caretaker’s House – Iconic areas of Park Güell.

Passeig de Gràcia and the Illa de la Discòrdia – A main avenue with Modernist buildings (Casa Batlló, etc.).

Sagrada Família Basilica – A must-see architectural masterpiece (a bit farther away).

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
