This charming studio is perfectly located in the heart of Vila de Gràcia, between Joanic and Fontana metro stations.
The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. It has a double bed separated from the dining and living area, which opens onto a balcony. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer.
⚠️ Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
Gràcia is one of the most picturesque and authentic neighborhoods in Barcelona. Staying here is simply wonderful; what was an independent town until 1897 is now a lively hub for artists, designers, and international students, giving the neighborhood its bohemian and cosmopolitan character.
⚠️ Please note that the Gràcia festivals take place from August 15th to 21st, and there may be some noise during this period.
Please note the following important information before booking:
-Some work constructions are going on in the opposite building which can generate some noise during the week. (until 25th of july)
– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
– Baby crib:
Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
– Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50
– If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.
– If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited smoking in the apartment and on the balcony.
– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
You have access to all the apartment.
