The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has an iron, Wi-Fi and a TV. The independent ceramic-hob kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. There is air conditioning in the living room.

We recommend getting around on foot or by public transport. You can also reach the city centre by bicycle or electric scooter.

• Towels, sheets and toilet
• paper: Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival. Replacement

• Towels: Please use the towels
• only inside the apartment. Do not take them to the beach, pool or
• outdoors. Please take good care of them and avoid difficult-to-remove
• stains. Towels with permanent stains or damage may be charged.
• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per
• reservation. It is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in
• advance and, if available, we will provide it.
• Extra guest: Each extra guest
• not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
• Check-in: Our standard check-in
• time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Check-ins after 7 p.m.
• are subject to an additional fee: €30 for check-ins from 7 p.m. to 10
• p.m., €50 for check-ins from 10 p.m. to midnight, and €80 for check-ins
• from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is a
• local or national holiday or a weekend, the applicable check-in fee will
• be €30 for arrivals until 10 p.m., €50 for arrivals from 10 p.m. to
• midnight, and €80 for arrivals from midnight onwards.
• If the day of arrival is 25/12,
• 26/12 or 01/01, the applicable check-in fee will be €50 for arrivals until
• 10 p.m. and €100 for arrivals from 10 p.m. onwards.
• Tourist Tax: The Tourist Tax in
• force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied (€9.50 per person per night,
• for guests over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a
• service fee of €19.95 will apply.
• Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED
• under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that
• smoking has taken place in the apartment will result in immediate eviction
• from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited both
• inside the apartment and on the balcony.
• Parties and meetings: Parties
• or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a
• report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have
• to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to any police fine).
• Personal belongings: The
• property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft,
• robbery or any other loss of personal belongings that may occur within the
• facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary
• precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety
• deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed
• and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility
• of the guest.
