Welcome to this cosy flat located on Avenida Paral·lel, one of the most vibrant and well-connected areas of Barcelona. The flat combines comfort, natural light and an exceptional location so you can enjoy a perfect stay, whether you are visiting for tourism or work. It has a double bedroom with natural light overlooking the avenue, ideal for those seeking space and brightness, and two single bedrooms located at the rear of the flat. The living/dining room is bright, with large windows that allow natural light to fill the space during the day, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, gas hob, fridge and freezer, while a washing machine is available for long stays or added convenience. In addition, the flat has a television and shared Wi-Fi, and the building has a functional old lift, although it can be a little noisy when the doors close.
The flat combines classic charm with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in Barcelona. The interior is peaceful, yet at the same time it is located on one of the city’s most dynamic avenues, with easy access to the cultural and gastronomic life of the area. A few minutes’ walk away you will find the Teatre Victòria, Teatre Condal and Sala Apolo, as well as the famous Carrer de Blai, one of the best streets for tapas and pinchos in the city, as well as bars, cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes. From this strategic location, you will have quick access to Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre, and you will have a metro station and several bus lines just a few metres away to easily get around the city.
Important notice: From 12 to 30 January 2026, work will be carried out in the building’s reception hall. The work may cause noise or occasional disruption during the day. Access to the flat will remain possible at all times.
The building next door is currently undergoing some work, so some noise may be heard during the day.
Please note the following important information before booking:
– Replacement of towels, sheets, and toilet paper is not included.
– Baby cot:
Price: €30.00 per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged €10 per night.
– Late arrival:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80 euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m and after midnight will be 80 euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
– Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment.
– Parties or gatherings are NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of £500 (in addition to the police fine).

Interaction with travellers
Check-in is in person. The contact details of the check-in agent will be provided a few days before arrival to coordinate the arrival time at the flat.
The online registration link will automatically appear in the Airbnb conversation 4 days before arrival.
The tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It must be paid on the day of arrival, or a few days before, via a card payment link. You can always pay in cash on arrival if you prefer.
Check-out/self-checkout is at 11:00 and is self-service. Both sets of keys must be left inside the flat, on the table in the living room.
Other important details
The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any removal of property that may occur within the premises of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The security of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the guest.
