RENOVATED ROOMS & BATHROOMS:

• 2 spacious double bedrooms

• 2 modern bathrooms with showers

• Modern, open-plan kitchen equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and essential kitchenware

• Comfortable living space with a balcony that overlooks beautiful, tree-lined streets

• Amenities include central AC and heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, elevator access (note: 10 steps before elevator), and TV

HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD:

• Sant Antoni, once the site of a 15th-century convent, now hosts the iconic Sant Antoni Market — a bustling hub for fresh local produce and vintage finds. Explore “El Fresc” during the week for local delicacies or the Sunday market for unique antiques and collectibles.

• The area is bursting with trendy design shops, intimate cafés, and innovative boutiques, making it a fashionable yet historical part of Barcelona.

• Note: There is currently some construction going on in the surrounding area so there may be noise during your stay (during business hours only)

IMPORTANT – Please note the following information before booking:

• Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival. However, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

• Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

• Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

• If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

• A mandatory tourist tax of €6,25 per person per night applies for guests over 16, for up to 7 nights.

• Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

• Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Other things to note

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
