This space has been designed to offer comfort and functionality, ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a comfortable and well-connected stay.
The apartment features two double bedrooms, each equipped with split air conditioning to ensure a pleasant rest throughout the year. One of the bedrooms has access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the city breeze or a morning coffee. The living room, spacious and bright, also has air conditioning and access to another balcony, offering an ideal space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The full bathroom with shower is designed for comfortable and practical use. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to complete dinners with ease.

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Extra guest:
Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.
-Arrival after hours:
– Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
– If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply.
– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of this flat, including the terrace and balconies.
– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
