It has central air conditioning and a heat pump, shared Wi-Fi and a central location, close to Poble-sec, Montjuïc, Las Ramblas and public transport.

The space

Discover this cosy holiday apartment located on Avenida Paral·lel, one of the best-connected and most dynamic areas of Barcelona, ideal for enjoying the city in complete comfort.

The 50 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people and has three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, offering flexibility for families, small groups or business trips. It has a practical and functional full bathroom with a shower.

The living room is bright and pleasant, with an outdoor balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The master bedroom also has a balcony, providing natural light and a fresh atmosphere. The flat is equipped with central air conditioning and a heat pump, ensuring comfort throughout the year, and shared Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Thanks to its excellent location on Avenida Paral·lel, you will be just a few minutes away from Poble-sec, known for its tapas bars and local atmosphere, Montjuïc, with its gardens, museums and viewpoints, and Las Ramblas and the port, ideal for strolling and enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere. It also has excellent public transport connections for easy travel throughout the city.

A practical, comfortable and well-located accommodation, perfect for discovering Barcelona from an authentic and well-connected setting.

Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will remain available at all times.

At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so during the day you may heard some noise

Please note the following important information before booking:

– Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

– Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.

-The use of the elevator by neighbors can generate noise during the day and night.

-Arrival after hours:

– Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

– If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

– If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

– The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

– Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

– Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

Guest access

Guests have access to all the apartment.

Located in the heart of Paral·lel, you’ll be surrounded by life, culture and gastronomy:

Theatres and entertainment

Just a few minutes’ walk away you’ll find the Teatre Victòria, Teatre Condal and the famous Sala Apolo, making the area the ‘Broadway of Barcelona’.

Tapas and gastronomy

Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine.

Montjuïc and green areas

A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens, museums and viewpoints. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very popular for its night-time light and water show.

Excellent connections

The area has metro and bus services and quick access to tourist attractions such as Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre.

This accommodation is ideal for families, small groups, students or business travellers looking for a strategic location with services, atmosphere and comfort.

Other things to note

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
