Based on the Observatory\u2019s own calculations, the average rental price in Barcelona today would be between \u20ac1,319 and \u20ac1,429 per month without this regulation. In other words, the law has succeeded in curbing price increases.<\/p><p>However, this slowdown has been accompanied by a reduction in supply: the sale of entire buildings for letting has fallen by 31
