Lovely and bright two bedroom apartment 100ms from Gaudi's Sagrada Familia.
This two bedroom apartment is a great choice for your visit to Barcelona; it has been recently refurbished and offers a quieter reprieve to the hustle and bustle of the Ciutat Vella. Still conveniently located 1 block from the Sagrada Familia and not far from Paseo de Gracia and some of the great shopping streets to be found in this great city, the location of this apartment is great for your visit to Barcelona.
The area surrounding the apartment:
The Sagrada Familia apartment is situated in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample district, the birthplace of the Modernism movement where Antoni Gaudí is considered the leader. When looking to experience Barcelona's world renowned reputation for leading 19th century architecture, this area is king. There are many "must see" attractions in this area, especially the Gaudí sites - the impressive and famous Sagrada Familia is on your doorstep, the two famous Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló in the Manzana de la Discordia and the sprawling Hospital de la Santa Creu in Sant Pau - all within walking distance.
The apartment:
This lovely and newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a building with NO elevator. The apartment has a fresh and bright feel due to the modern furniture and light paintwork. The living-dining area has two comfortable sofas where you can kick-back and relax after a long day sightseeing and watch TV or a DVD and enjoy a glass of local wine. The dining area has a wooden table and chairs which will comfortably seat four guests.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the mod cons that will make your stay a pleasant one including microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar so any budding chef needn't feel isolated.
There are two bedrooms in this apartment each with two single beds. Just outside the bedrooms you will find a spacious dressing room with two double wardrobes and drawer space for all of your belongings. A single sofa bed is also available for a fifth guest.
The bathroom is furnished with toilet, washbasin, shower stall and of course comes with fresh towels ready for use on your arrival.
